Pods Outlet takes age verification and preventing the underage sale of our products very seriously. In order to prevent underage purchases, we utilize AgeChecker to provide age verification. AgeChecker is the industry standard and is designed to verify an individuals age while protecting sensitive personal information and maintaining a high level of consumer privacy.

Age verification is required for every purchase made through Pods Outlet (www.podsoutlet.com), and we appreciate your understanding of this matter. If you decide to refuse the verification process, then your order will have to be canceled and refunded. In some cases, Pods Outlet or AgeChecker might require additional information to complete your order and verify your age. In most cases, this requires an upload of your photo ID. In those cases, where additional information is required, your order will only be eligible for shipment to the verified address on the photo ID. 

Pods Outlet reserves the right to use third-party age verification systems, in accordance with federal law. If necessary, we reserve the right to ask for identification if necessary. You must be of legal smoking age for the state in which you reside in to obtain and use a credit card and to purchase electronic cigarette and vape products. In instances in which credit card verification is not sufficient, we may require to review your identification card. You will be asked to fax or email a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age and shipping address. We might ask for a signed authorization note along with a legible copy of your identification card. Your order will be canceled if proper identification cannot be given in an appropriate amount of time. All fraudulent orders may be reported to the local authorities within your vicinity.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most of the items we sell, as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging. Yes, that included any shrink wrap or plastic wrap that the product was wrapped with, sorry.

Some limitations do apply. For example, we generally do not accept returns for liquids and juices, but you can always get in touch with us and we will see what we can do for you. 

Returns caused by delivery issues:

Any returns that are caused by delivery issues are subject to a restocking fee, that ranges from 10% to 15%, depending on the order. The restocking fee final value is decided fully at our discretion and can depend on the size of the order, the items purchased, or any damage received during shipment. Along with the restocking fee, any shipping costs that were paid for at the time of order placement will not be refunded.

*Misused, damaged, broken or missing items will not be refunded.

We try to get your order out as soon as possible. Generally, orders are processed Monday through Friday. Typically, orders received after 8 AM during those days will be processed and shipped out the following business day. Sometimes delays do happen, however, and because of that our official processing times are 1-3 business days. Once an order is processed, the amount of time to receive it depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout.

Orders of $200 or more may require additional address verification. Orders requiring additional information will not ship until the information is received. We will do our best to collect the necessary documentation needed, but ultimately the responsibility falls on the customer to provide them. If we do not receive the requested information in a reasonable amount of time, or if the received information is not sufficient, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

Some Disclaimers:

• USPS service days: Monday – Saturday. If you receive an “order shipped” email when USPS is closed, it means that your order has been processed and it will ship out when USPS reopens.
  
• UPS service days: Monday – Friday. If you receive an “order shipped” email when UPS is closed, it means that your order has been processed and it will ship out when UPS reopens.
  
• We do not guarantee transit times. All shipping fees are nonrefundable. The transit times listed above are estimates. Actual transit times may vary from the estimates listed above. These estimates do not include the time needed to process, package and drop off your order.
  
• Please note, UPS does not ship to P.O Boxes or APO Addresses.
  
• When selecting an expedited shipping method, you are paying for shorter transit time, NOT shorter processing time.
